About Me

Are you addicted to being 'busy' or being a 'yes person', which makes you feel constantly stressed out?

Do you feel like you're always waiting to be noticed and tapped on the shoulder and told that you're ready for the next step on the career ladder?  So, massively disempowered.

Or you aren't sure if the ladder you're climbing is up against the right wall? Cue confusion and overwhelm.

Don't worry, I get it.  I used to grapple with all these things too.

I'd been working in the corporate world for fifteen years, when one sunny summer's day, whilst on my way to work, I had an epiphany.

It came out of the blue, like a bolt of lightning.

I was going to quit.

Since then, I've been on a huge adventure, discovering what was truly important to me (not someone else or a societal version of who I thought I ‘should’ be!)

It's also given me great insight into how things could have been different for me. And, even though I didn't know it at the time, I actually possessed the power to change my experience by changing my beliefs and the way I was trying to progress.

So do you.

A corporate career comes packaged with great rewards and sometimes even greater challenges. I understand. And the impact it can have on you emotionally, physically, mentally and even spiritually.

Today, I live a life of purpose, freedom and soul led integrity and love to empower others to do the same. And, to guide them to recognise that they too have the power to create the change they desire, just like I did.

Say goodbye to overthinking about what you “should” be doing with your life.

Stop worrying about the judgements of others and getting in your own way.

Forget your frustration at not getting anywhere despite your best efforts.

No more feeling powerless, confused and uncertain about what to do next.

One day you will wake up & there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted. Do it now.
